about TINA
Tina is a Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor (RYT 200) who has been teaching Vinyasa and Yin yoga since 2016. Tina values yoga for bringing her greater mindfulness, strength, and relief from stress and anxiety. She hopes to share the powerful benefits of yoga with others by teaching students how to build strength, find flexibility, practice self-inquiry, and have fun on the mat. She is inspired by all of her strong soulful teachers and students.
