We offer the Unlimited Barre, Yoga, or Pilates monthly membership for our group classes (some exclusions may apply).

You can book Yoga, Barre, or Pilates classes with your Unlimited Barre, Yoga, or Pilates monthly membership — classes are interchangeable!

You can take a class a day, every day!

The Unlimited Barre, Yoga, or Pilates auto-renews every month. By purchasing, you authorize The Pilates Barre to charge your credit card on file for another month at the then-current price. (If the price has changed during your previous month, you will be charged the new rate when auto-renewed.)

If you’re on the Unlimited Barre, Yoga, or Pilates and you no-show to class, you will be charged for a single class ($25–$30).
If you late cancel (cancel under 8 hours’ notice), you will be charged $20.

To purchase, log into your Mindbody account, go to Contracts, and choose Unlimited Barre, Yoga, or Pilates.
You can also contact the studio to have a team member set you up.

Each monthly payment is non-refundable.

If you want to cancel your Unlimited Barre, Yoga, or Pilates at any point, just email info@thepilatesbarrechico.com up to 7 days prior to the expiration of the current month, and we will cancel the auto-renew.

ULTIMATE ACCESS, AUTOPAY

We offer the Unlimited Access membership for our group classes (some exclusions may apply).

You can take a class a day, every day!

The Unlimited Access auto-renews every month. By purchasing, you authorize The Pilates Barre to charge your credit card on file for another Unlimited Access at the then-current price. (If the price has changed during your previous month, you will be charged the new rate when auto-renewed.)

WORKSHOPS AND SPECIAL EVENTS

Once purchased, workshops and special events are non-refundable and non-transferable.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Purchases of private sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Private sessions must be cancelled more than 24 hours in advance to receive a credit on your account.
If your private session is cancelled within 24 hours (or you do not show up), you will be charged for the session.

RUNNING LATE?

For certain classes - especially  early morning and later evening classes, the front door will be locked right at the start of class time.

To make sure you don't miss out, we encourage you to arrive a few minutes early to settle in, connect, and get ready to move. If you arrive after the door is locked, it will be considered a no show.

 We understand that life happens, but these changes help us keep classes distraction-free, maintain safety, respect everyone's time,  and most importantly create space for you to focus on your practice.

In addition, the front doors may be locked until 10 minutes before the start of class.  
There are no exceptions to this rule.

NEED TO LEAVE EARLY?

We ask that all clients stay until the end of class. Leaving early can distract others and disrupt the experience — plus, that final stretch is so good for your body!

If you know ahead of time that you’ll need to leave early (and it’s not a frequent occurrence), please notify the front desk and instructor beforehand. We completely understand and will anticipate that adjustment for you and the group.
