This 3-day Vinyasa yoga intensive explores the “Alchemy of Yoga,” drawing on the metaphor of transformation: turning everyday movement into profound personal growth through intentional practice. Participants will fine-tune poses with meticulous attention to alignment and detail, while diving deeper into breath work (pranayama) to enhance energy flow and mindfulness.

Each day builds progressively—starting with foundational intention-setting, moving into detailed posture refinement and breath exploration, and culminating in integrative practices. Sessions include guided Vinyasa flows, workshops, discussions, and restorative elements. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat, journal, and water; light snacks will be provided during breaks. This Intensive is open to anyone.

Dates: October 3 - 5th. $300, Early bird $250  before 9/15

Day 1: Friday Evening (5:30PM - 8:00PM)

Igniting the Flame: Setting Intentions and Foundations

This opening session introduces the alchemical theme, focusing on cultivating intention as the catalyst for transformation. We’ll ease into practice with gentle flows, emphasizing breath awareness to prepare for deeper work.

Day 2: Saturday (12:00 PM - 6:00 PM)

A full day of immersion, breaking down poses with alchemical precision and expanding breath techniques. Includes breaks for integration and a lunch period.

Day 3: Sunday (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

Final day synthesizes the weekend’s elements, with longer flows and restorative practices to integrate intentions, refined poses, and breath.
