Join us for a focused 1-hour yoga workshop dedicated to one of the most powerful sequences in vinyasa yoga — the classic flow from Chaturanga Dandasana through Upward-Facing Dog and into Downward-Facing Dog.
In this supportive, all-levels session, we’ll break down each pose and transition with clear alignment cues, modifications, and strength-building techniques. Whether you’re new to vinyasa or looking to refine your practice, you’ll learn how to move with greater ease, protect your shoulders and wrists, engage your core, and flow mindfully while honoring your body.
Expect:
• Detailed instruction on safe Chaturanga (the yogi push-up)
• Smooth transitions between plank, Chaturanga, Up Dog, and Down Dog
• Strength and mobility work to support the full sequence
• Breathing techniques to make your vinyasa feel more fluid and sustainable
Leave feeling stronger, more confident in your flow, and ready to integrate these tools into any vinyasa class. All levels welcome — mats, props, and modifications provided as needed.
