
Meet Autumn
Autumn initially found yoga as a way to calm the mind and recover from running and strength training. It wasn’t until she took her first heated yoga class in 2020 that she realized how challenging—and rewarding—the practice could be. She quickly fell in love with moving through poses in the heat and the powerful presence it cultivated on the mat.
In 2021, Autumn completed her yoga teacher training and has continued to expand her knowledge through additional trainings. She feels honored to share the gift of yoga and to witness the powerful effect that moving with the breath brings to the community.
