Chad is a yoga teacher and life enthusiast who began practicing yoga consistently at home in 2020. What started as a personal routine quickly grew into a deep passion for the way yoga calms the mind, strengthens the body, and fosters connection to the inner self.
He believes that yoga is for everyone and strives to create a safe, inclusive space where students can explore their practice freely. His classes weave together elements of mindfulness, pranayama, and meditation, encouraging students to cultivate awareness and harmony between body and mind.
Grateful for the opportunity to share his love of yoga with others, Chad looks forward to meeting new students on the mat and guiding them on their own journey of growth and balance.
