Meet Holly

Holly loves movement—every kind of movement—and believes it is a vital component of a balanced mind, body, and soul. She hasn’t always felt comfortable in her body, and “exercise” was never her favorite. But over time, she discovered ways to move that felt good and made her feel great.

Her journey led her to yoga and Pilates, to barbells and spin bikes, to aerobics and barre—and those practices changed her life. Movement transformed how she feels about herself and her body, how she views her life and her choices, how she interacts with the world, and what she believes she is capable of. This transformation fuels her passion and purpose—her dharma: to help others discover and experience movement that they truly love.
