YOGA
Our Yoga classes strengthen and open every part of the body and leaves you feeling amazing no matter what the day has thrown at you. Our Yoga remains authentic to ancient yoga tradition while seamlessly integrating today's popular styles.
We are excited to share our new infrared heating system. This unique heating system allows our yoga classes to heat quickly, and to a set temperature. Our classes range from warm; 80 degrees, to heated; 90-100 degrees, and hot; 100-105 degrees. In our class schedule, you will see the temperature of the class next to each class description. This allows you to choose a heat that’s right for you. Infrared heat is an incredible addition to your yoga practice as this type of heat is not stifling, but supportive. We invite you to experience the magic of infrared heat for yourself.
*We also offer a few classes each week that are not heated.

Expect an accommodating practice full of static postures, mindful breathwork, and a manageable pace. This dynamic allows for a greater focus on alignment and mindful breathing, making the practice accessible to yogis of all levels, especially beginners. Yoga Method is designed to align your skin, muscles, and bones, while the postures are also designed to open the many channels of the body—especially the main channel, the spine—so that energy can flow freely. This practice asks us to bring our attention to our breath, which helps us to still the fluctuations of the mind and be more present in the unfolding of each moment.

Yoga Flow emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Yoga Flow practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. As we ride the waves of breath in our Yoga practice, we learn to ride the waves of change in our lives with more ease. This class moves from pose to pose with each breathe being the guiding force. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends with opportunity for inversions. All levels are welcome to join this dynamic practice in finding one's state of flow.

Prenatal Yoga is used to help mothers connect better with baby, stay healthy throughout pregnancy, remain flexible and strong helping her prepare for the challenges of labor & birth. Our unique prenatal yoga class goes well beyond simply modifying yoga poses. We celebrate community and strive to make your pregnancy as comfortable as possible. We will address any aches or pains in your body so you will feel more comfortable.
Each class includes poses that bring balance and alignment to the pelvis, pelvic floor, and pelvic and uterine ligament with the intention of encouraging your baby into a more optimal birthing position so you may have a more functional, less complicated birth.
Yoga asana is also used to discover coping skills. Students explore poses that allow for safe, strong sensation. This offers you the chance to learn what coping skills you may gravitate toward. As well as how to use them when you are really experiencing physical and mental discomfort, like in labor and early parenthood. This mindful exploration of yoga poses can leave you feeling more prepared for whatever lies ahead in your pregnancy and birth.
Prenatal Yoga is also a great way to connect with other mothers-to-be and establish friendships that go far beyond birth.
